Moulika holds a food technology degree from ANGRU, and a master’s degree from JNTU, Kakinada.
Having previously held various positions in companies like Bureau Veritas, Aashvi proficiency testing and Vesavi foods, Moulika uses her experience in quality management, ISO 22000, FSSAI, HACCP, establishing a food company, hands on experience on Food laboratory, product development her best practice. She also worked with high pressure processing machinery and technology.
She established many food startups like frozen sweet corn, dehydrated foods like biryani, upma, sambar rice, spice Powders, HPP juices and HPP milk.
Moulika has few certifications like ISO 22000: 2018, ISO 17025, ISO 17043.
